These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Hotel Glendower website (vaisma.online) and all related services provided by Hotel Glendower, a property of Jaysons Group, registered at No. 5, Grand Hotel Road, Nuwara Eliya 22000, Sri Lanka.

By accessing our website, making a reservation, or staying with us, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the website and do not proceed with a booking.

Permitted Use of This Website

You may use the Hotel Glendower website for lawful personal purposes — principally to obtain information about the hotel and to make or manage reservations. You agree not to:

Booking Contract

A binding contract between you and Hotel Glendower is formed when a reservation is confirmed by the hotel in writing. The contract is subject to our Booking Policy and Cancellation Policy, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

• You must be 18 years or older to make a booking
• You must provide accurate information at the time of booking; providing false details may result in cancellation
• The hotel reserves the right to refuse a reservation at its discretion
• Prices quoted online are in USD or LKR and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise
• The hotel is not responsible for errors in third-party booking platforms

Conduct on Property

Hotel Glendower is a heritage property shared by all guests. We expect all guests to conduct themselves with reasonable courtesy and respect for the comfort, safety, and enjoyment of others. The hotel reserves the right to terminate a guest's stay without refund in the event of behaviour that is disruptive, unlawful, abusive to staff or other guests, or damaging to the property.

• Hotel Glendower is a smoke-free property in all interior areas
• Pets are not permitted on the premises
• Guests are liable for damage caused to rooms, furniture, or facilities during their stay
• Quiet hours are observed between 22:00 and 07:00 in all accommodation areas

Liability & Disclaimer

Hotel Glendower makes every reasonable effort to ensure the accuracy of information on this website; however, we do not warrant that all content is error-free, complete, or current. The website is provided on an "as is" basis without warranties of any kind.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hotel Glendower shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of this website or from your stay, including loss of data, loss of business, or personal injury not attributable to the hotel's negligence.
